Schedule a free orientation to the equipment when you sign up for a membership. There are no contracts. Payment can be made by draft from a checking account/credit card or by cash, check or credit card at the front desk.

Childcare Times

The Chilton County Y offers FREE drop-in childcare while mom or dad make use of the Y! Playful, engaging options are plentiful for young children while you exercise or connect with others over shared interests.

The summer special includes:

  • Free admission to the pool

  • Access to our cardio/treadmill room, and heavyweight room

  • Basketball and pickleball - during posted times at YMCA

  • Access to all workout classes

Nationwide Membership

Nationwide membership enables you to visit any participating Y in the United States through membership at your "home" YMCA. Your home Y is the facility that enrolled you as a member and that collects your membership dues. â€‹We offer this because we want to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Wherever you live, work, or travel. This is an essential part of our cause of strengthening communities. What you need to know:

  • Valid for active, full facility YMCA members.

  • On a monthly basis, nationwide member visitors must use their home Y at least 50% of the time.

  • Program-only participants and special memberships are not eligible for Nationwide Membership.

  • Make sure the Y offers the services and amenities you plan to use.

  • Bring a photo ID with you for your visit.

  • You will be asked to sign a waiver when visiting another Y location.

  • Contact the Y you want to visit. Ask if Nationwide Membership is honored. More than 2600 Y locations participate.
