SPIN

Spinning Class

A spin class, or indoor cycling class, is a high-intensity, low-impact workout using special stationary bikes. These classes are led by an instructor and offer cardiovascular benefits, help build muscle strength in the legs and core, increase endurance, and are a fun, community-focused way to burn calories and improve overall fitness.

BARRE

BALL BLAST

Workout with Fit Ball

"Ball blast exercise" refers to any high-energy workout that uses a ball, such as a medicine ball, exercise ball, or mini ball, to engage the core and build strength, stability, and coordination. Common exercises involve controlled movements like wood chops, rotations, and slams, which challenge your body's stability and improve overall fitness, including cardiovascular health.

INTERVALS

Fitness Training Session

Intervals combine high-intensity exercise with periods of recovery to improve cardiovascular fitness and enhance endurance. Intervals challenge your body to push to its maximum capacity.

STEP AEROBICS

Aerobics is a cardio exercise that involves rhythmic movements to increase your heart rate. This exercise improves your cardiovascular health, strengthens bones, muscles, and helps with weight management.

CIRCUITS
